Cooking represents one of several non-linear progression methods in Rell Seas with a maximum point cap of 500. Players gain points by preparing distinct dishes and potions, discovering recipe variations, and finishing the recipe dex.
Crafting
Crafting represents one of multiple non-linear progression pathways in Rell Seas. Maximum talent points available total 500. Players advance through direct crafting activities and by finishing the craftsmen dex.
Fishing
Resource gathering activity with maximum progression points of 500, achieved through catching fish, hunting sea creatures, or completing the Fishing Dex.
Mining

Sailing
Primary navigation mechanic requiring ship purchase and spawning through a ship-in-a-bottle item to explore the seas. Unanchored vessels can be stolen by other players.

Sea exploration will be accessible through sailing boats or submarines for underwater travel.

Every activity raises its own talent and feeds the non-linear progression system - you grow your character by doing what you enjoy, not by grinding one quest. Many activities use utility tools (fishing rods, axes, lock picks) and track your progress through their own Dex.
