The intended, authentic RELL Seas experience - not easier or dumbed-down. Fruits are rare, but there is no ownership cap, so they are easier to obtain than in EAC. Fruit holders are not hunted here.
[ Early Access Community (EAC) ]
EAC = Early Access Community
EAC is a separate, community-driven server that runs the game before its public launch - a final testing stage, similar to a closed beta, that Gold and Silver subscribers can access. MMORPG is the main game; EAC plays the same but caps fruit ownership and, under the Doctrine of Power, sends the Marines after fruit holders. From the official CaribBros Q&A (Sep 15) and RELL Games' Sep 19, 2026 clarification (no age limits, not pay-to-win). Some specifics are still subject to change and will be shown in Movie 3.
Two versions of the game
The same core experience and difficulty, but fruit ownership is capped, so fruits are extremely hard to obtain. It is community-driven: under the Doctrine of Power, fruit holders are hunted by the Marines.
How EAC works
- EAC is the final testing phase before the official release - think of it like a closed beta or a Steam playtest.
- Subscriber play tests are EAC - they are the same thing.
- Before EAC opens, an earlier alpha-style group ("red and blue testers") tests the game to iron out the major bugs.
- EAC then stress-tests the game at a much larger scale; once the last bugs are cleared, the game releases.
- How soon EAC opens depends on how many bugs are found and how quickly they can be fixed.
Access order
Gold and Silver subscribers keep access permanently, even after the game releases. EAC will eventually become the paid access community, but subscribers do not have to pay for it.
God Fruit rarity by version
Per the Sep 19, 2026 clarification, the core difficulty of finding a fruit is similar in both modes - the difference is EAC's ownership cap (and the Marine manhunt). The earlier "easy-medium" figure was retracted as confusing. See the full catalog on the God Fruits page.
The Doctrine of Power (EAC)
EAC is framed around an in-game document, the Doctrine of Power - a set of laws by which the World Seas Government claims total control over Devil Fruits. It is the lore reason EAC plays as a manhunt: hold a fruit and the Marines are ordered to hunt you down, and because fruits are capped you stand out easily. This is unique to EAC; MMORPG fruit holders are not targeted this way.
Note: the in-game artifact still lists the outdated names "World D. Government" and "Marine D. Corporation"; the current canon is the World Seas Government and the World Seas Marines Corps.
Only the government may possess and control fruits, to prevent the rise of a new conqueror.
The power of the ocean, once wielded by Rellen C. Sparrow, must never fall into the hands of sailors.
Any new fruit must be reported to the government for assessment and regulation.
Fruit-power holders are monitored and subject to government authority and possible imprisonment.
Fruit experimentation is reserved for government-sanctioned purposes at Hades Asylum.
No kingdom may claim rights to fruits as a means of independent power.
The Marines enforce the doctrine and suppress unauthorized fruit users.
The Order of Shells preserves fruit history and suppresses manipulation of the events around it.
Kingdoms may not form independent forces that could challenge government control of the fruits.
Talk of the Century War or the Freedom War is censored to hold the government narrative of peace.
The government may amend the doctrine as new fruit threats or discoveries emerge.
The government holds supreme authority over all kingdoms, powers, and individuals through control of the fruits.

Frequently asked questions
What is EAC in RELL Seas?
EAC stands for Early Access Community. It is a separate server that runs the game before its public launch and serves as the final stage of testing, similar to a closed beta. It is not the anti-cheat system - that is a separate topic.
Who can access EAC?
Gold and Silver subscribers. The rollout order is Gold+ first, then Silver+, then Gold, then Silver. Gold and Silver subscribers keep access permanently, even after the game releases.
Is there an age restriction on RELL Seas?
No. In the September 19, 2026 clarification RELL Games said neither MMORPG nor EAC is restricted by player age - the game is for all ages. The earlier "ages 9+" label only meant "all ages", and the earlier "EAC 16+" figure was retracted.
Is RELL Seas pay-to-win?
No. RELL Games said the earlier "pay-to-win" wording was a mistake: anything you can purchase can also be earned in-game.
Are the subscriber play tests the same as EAC?
Yes. RELL Games confirmed the subscriber play tests and EAC are the same thing.
Do I have to pay for EAC?
Subscribers do not. EAC will eventually become the paid access community, but Gold and Silver subscribers do not have to pay for it.
Are God Fruits harder to get in EAC?
The core difficulty of finding a fruit is similar in both modes. The difference is that EAC caps how many players can own a fruit, so fruits are extremely hard to obtain there; MMORPG has no cap, so fruits are still rare but easier to get. The earlier "easy-medium" figure was retracted as confusing.
What is the Doctrine of Power?
It is an in-game set of laws under which the World Seas Government controls all Devil Fruits. In EAC it drives a community-driven manhunt: players in the Marines faction are ordered to hunt anyone holding a fruit, and because fruits are capped, holders stand out. In MMORPG, fruit holders are not targeted this way.
When does EAC start?
There is no firm date. It depends on how quickly bugs are found and fixed - red and blue testers test first, then EAC opens for subscribers to stress-test at scale. Full details are expected in Movie 3.
